OIE: More Cases of Classical Swine Fever Reported

GUATEMALA - Nineteen more cases of classical swine fever have been reported to the OIE.
The 19 new cases were reported to the OIE on 01/12/2011.
The outbreaks occured at:
- Chituplun Chines, Lanquin, ALTA VERAPAZ - 15 cases and two deaths.
- Tierra Nueva 1, Chinautla, GUATEMALA - four cases and four deaths
Of the 48 susceptible there were 19 cases leading to six deaths.
The cause of the outbreak is still unknown.
