Outlook Encouraging for 2013 Hog Profits
US - USDA's March hog survey said the market hog inventory was up 2.0 per cent from a year ago and the breeding herd was 0.6 per cent larger. Both numbers were slightly larger than pre-release trade predictions, writes Ron Plain.
