BRAZIL - The Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation, Embrapa Swine and Poultry, Concordia (SC), under the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA) and the World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA), offered a free mini-course on the welfare of pigs in handling, pre-slaughter and slaughter.
