Three New Outbreaks of African Swine Fever Confirmed in Russia

RUSSIA - There has been three new cases of African Swine Fever (ASF) reported and confirmed in the regions of Smolensk, Bryansk and Kaluzhskaya between 15 and 25 September.

The outbreaks produced 15 cases of ASF in wild boar.

As a result there were three deaths and 29 animals were destroyed.

The source of the outbreak is still unknown.
