2002 pork export volume sets record, value still down
US - Following the record breaking volume reached in 2001, 2002 broke the pork export record again, this time by 3%. US pork exports, including variety meats, totaled 726,484 metric tons in 2002, which is up from 702,042 mt in 2001, according to USDA data
