Pig farmer appears in court over cruelty charges

UK - Pig farmer Christopher Withers, who appeared in a South Devon court on animal cruelty charges, is more than 3600,000 in debt. The bench, who heard the case described as "an unfortunate snapshot of an industry in decline", called for an all options report, after deliberating for half an hour.
