Pork becomes a choice cut for Aussies

AUSTRALIA - Pork has for the first time overtaken lamb in popularity on Australian plates. According to a poll by Roy Morgan, consumption figures for the September quarter show pork held 20.4 per cent of the meat market, with lamb securing 18.2 per cent.
