'Pastured pork' is more available in Oregon

US - In Oregon, you won't find much purebred pork from hogs whose genetic lines date back to the 1800s. What you will see at farmers markets and sometimes at high-end restaurants and specialty stores is pastured pork, from free-roaming crossbred hogs fattened up on local farms.
