High Court To Hear Hog Farmers' Suit Vs Tyson Foods
ARKANSAS - The Arkansas Supreme Court will hear from about 90 western Arkansas hog farmers Feb. 5 who say they should be able to challenge the termination of their contracts with Tyson Foods Inc. (TSN) in jury trials, instead of in expensive binding arbitration.
