UK - A Westcountry farmers' leader has condemned as a "disgrace" the authorities' failure to shut down a pig farm before it became the source of the 2001 foot and mouth outbreak. Anthony Gibson spoke out after Defra refused to make public a key document on the origin on the outbreak.
