ILLNOIS - The newest pork processing plant in Illinois is looking for a different kind of customer. The plant near Rantoul is aiming its products at such buyers as restaurants who demand that every pork chop be cut exactly alike or customers who want to be able to trace the meat they eat all the way back to the barn.
