1 in 5 breaking movement rules
UK - One in five livestock vehicles stopped by the police during a day of spot-checks last month, was found to be breaking at least one rule on animal transport and movements. Defra has revealed that out of 277 vehicles stopped on Mar 30, 57 were non-compliant in one or more areas.
