Australia's relaxed pork import ban faces appeals

AUSTRALIA - Since Australia's ban on pork imports was relaxed in February—helping to facilitate a free trade agreement with the United States—seven appeals have been lodged against the decision and the company which examined the risk of such imports, Biosecurity Australia.
