Higher prices for pork
WISCONSIN - Strong price gains for ham and bacon offset a decline in beef products, according to the latest Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation Market Basket Survey. The higher prices for ham and bacon, combined with continuing increases for butter and cheddar cheese prices helped raise the March survey of 40 food items 64 cents from $77.09 to $77.73.
