Pig values drop with end of refunds
UK - European pig prices have fallen by 3-5p/kg over the past week (to Apr 5) due to slower demand and the early termination of export refunds. This follows three months of rising markets, in which time average returns have increased from €1.02/kg (68p) to €1.34 (89p/kg)
