With an investment of 90 billion VND, the farm is seen as the country's most modern breeding one with technologies imported from Denmark.

Covering around 25 hectares, the farm can accommodate herds of 18,000 pigs. The farm is expected to supply 32,000 suckling pigs and 1,500 tonnes of pork annually for the domestic market.

The breeding farm construction is part of the local efforts to relocate polluted establishments lying in densely-populated quarters of the city and to modernize technology in livestock breeding with ODA funding from Denmark.
