US - A study sponsored by Cattlemen’s Beef Board, National Pork Board , and Yerecic Label revealed that package labels on fresh beef and pork that include recipes, serving suggestions, and preparation tips, have the potential to increase sales. The study, conducted by Shugoll Research, was designed to gain further insight into consumer labeling needs at the meat case.
