ONTARIO - In the latest McGuinty stunner for the province’s farming community, the provincial government has abruptly cut off funding for long-time livestock programs operated by Ontario Dairy Herd Improvement (DHI), Ontario Swine Improvement Inc. (OSI) and Beef Improvement Ontario (BIO).
