Dr. Macalino graduated with his degree in Veterinary Medicine in 1987. He started his career as Breeder Farm Manager with Purefoods Corporation, one of the leading poultry breeding operations in the Philippines. In 1992 he moved his career into a new phase by accepting the position of General Manager for Production at Pt. Sinta Maju Abadi Breeding Farm, a poultry breeding operation in Indonesia. In 1997 Dr Macalino joined Euribrid as Technical Representative, where since 1999 he has been working at Hybro as Area Manager Asia.
