Pork promotion

US - Kakuni promotion to continue increased exports of U.S. pork to Japan. The U.S. Meat Export Federation is combining with soy sauce leader Kikkoman Corp. to increase awareness of U.S. pork in Japan. The campaign involves promoting a popular winter dish called Kakuni, made with a square cut of pork boiled in soy sauce and sake.
