Soybeans, grains rise; beef, pork futures trade mixed

US - Soybean and grain futures moved higher in early activity Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery rose cent to $3.85 a bushel; September corn rose cent to $2.24 a bushel; September oats rose cent to $1.76 a bushel; September soybeans rose 1 cent to $5.38 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were mixed in early trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle rose .12 cent to 92.62 cents a pound; September feeder cattle fell .05 cent to $1.1685 a pound; October lean hogs fell .05 cent to 65.35 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose .42 cent to 89 cents a pound.
