JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will work closely with the expatriate General Director during the start up phase of this new business with further opportunities for promotion available as the business expands. The position will be based in Belgorod with frequent travel within Russia as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Various management and business development activities as required during the start up and development of the business

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:

  • Educated to university level - in either business management or animal science
  • Previous work experience in either a Sales or a Management position,
  • Agricultural experience, especially pig knowledge, a distinct advantage
Skills:
  • A native Russian speaker who is fluent in English, other languages an advantage
  • Positive attitude,
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • A desire to learn quickly and take responsibility within the company,
  • Ambition to progress to a Senior Management position as the business develops
  • Flexibility and ability to travel both within Russia and occasionally overseas as necessary.
  • Excellent communication and managerial skills to be able to handle multiple projects within specific time frames while maintaining open lines of communication with senior management.
  • Excellent time management skills are required to meet deadline
