QUEENSLAND - Queensland pig producers are experiencing their best prices in more than 20 years.

Exports are up, imports are down and with strong demand producers are picking up around 40 cents a kilo more than they were 12 months ago.

With the drought continuing and feed prices on the rise Paul Taylor from Pork Queensland says a favourable supply and demand situation is keeping producers in business.
