This year's Expo attracted nearly 34,700 visitors including 2,300 international visitors from more than 50 different countries from around the globe. The 2007 attendance was 10 percent more than the 2006 attendance figures.

Not only was the World Pork Expo filled with educational seminars and the opportunity to view the largest pork production trade show in the world, participants also took advantage of all the other sites and sounds of the Expo, including the Junior National Breed Show, World Pork Expo Breed Show and Sale, Clay Target Championship, Golf Outing, Great Pork BarbeQlossal cook-off, PigCasso art show and much more.
