Jay who lives in Corydon, Iowa has extensive swine production experience having worked in management for private producers, Premium Standard Farms and Prestage Farms.

Jay won all conference wrestling awards 3 years in a row, and was a sergeant in the Army where he received Achievements Medals for leadership and field gunnery. Jay also has sales experience winning the Fireball Award with Aflac for outstanding performance.
