Fired Up and Ready for Pork Fest
SOUTH CAROLINA - The Elloree Pork Fest promises some mouth-watering barbecue pork. The event happens from 25-26 April at Joe Miller Park and features all things pork, say the organisers.

This year's event will feature pork smoked to tender perfection and lots more goodies, says South Carolina's Times and Democrat.
The "Anything but Pork" competition is scheduled for Friday night. In this event, contestants must create dishes using no pork. The contest will be judged by popular vote of the public sampling the dishes from 6:30 to 8 pm
The cooking teams will be busy perfecting their pork from 10:30 am to noon Saturday.
The South Carolina Barbeque Association will judge the pork competition, and the public will get a chance to vote for their favorites, too.
