2010 International PRRS Symposium
US - Registration is open and abstracts may now be submitted for the 2010 International PRRS Symposium. The event will take place in Chicago on 3 and 4 December.Registration and abstract submission are now open for the 2010 International PRRS Symposium on the symposium web site [click here]. The deadline for abstract submissions is 25 August 2010.
The Symposium will be held on 3 and 4 December 2010 at the downtown Marriott in Chicago. The symposium will precede the Conference of Researcher Workers in Animal Diseases (CRWAD). You must register separately for each conference.
Those requiring visas are encouraged to register as early as possible so visa letters can be processed.

The topics for this year's programme include epidemiology, heterogeneity and evolution of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) virus, virus-host interaction and pathogenesis, structural and functional relationship of PRRSV genes, vaccine and immunity against PRRSV. This year's keynote speakers include Dr Ralph Baric from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Dr Eric Snijder from Leiden University in The Netherlands.
There is no cost for registration and lunch will be provided on Saturday 4 December. Details for abstract submission and instructions, programme updates, and a copy of the 2005-2009 Symposium proceedings including abstracts can be found at the Symposium web site.
