US - The average carcass weight of barrows and gilts slaughtered the week ending 23 October was 204 pounds, up 1 pound from the week before, 3 pounds heavier than a year ago, and the heaviest ever for this weekly data series, according to Ron Plain in his weekly Hog Outlook report.
