One More Outbreak of ASF in Russia

RUSSIA - The Russian veterinary authorities have reported one new outbreak of African swine fever.

The World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) received follow-up report no. 53 yesterday, 22 March.

A total of 43 animals were found susceptible to the disease, out of which all animals were affected, and ten deaths were recorded. Twelve animals were destroyed.

The source of the outbreak is still under investigation.
