VIV and ILDEX Tie Up in India
INDIA - VNU Exhibitions Europe and NCC Exhibition Organizer (NEO) have decided to bring their respective brands of VIV and ILDEX together together in India next year for VIV/ILDEX India 2012.Both parties, together with Indian partner Inter Ads, have one single objective in mind: establish India's largest professional 'Feed to Meat' platform. VIV/ILDEX India 201012 takes place at BIEC in Bangalore from 22 to 24 February 2012. NEO will form the hub of day-to-day management. VIV India's exhibition partner, Inter Ads Exhibitions, will execute the organisation and is responsible for all Indian relations. Wara Rujataronjai (NEO) has been appointed project manager for VIV/ILDEX India 2012.
Two brands, one platform to serve Feed to Meat business better
VNU Exhibitions Europe and NEO have been long-term partners in Bangkok for VIV Asia. Within India, VNU Exhibitions and Inter Ads India have joined forces to establish VIV India, with edition in 2007 and 2010. Through their cooperation and own events, the three partners have set up profound databases as well as valuable networks with institutions, media and associations. "What has been achieved together with the Asian industries in Thailand marks the ambition," commented Mr Wara, Project Manager VIV/ILDEX India 2012.
With over 100 exhibitors from each show. the total size of VIV/ILDEX India 2012 is set to reach 3,000 square metres. Exhibitors worldwide will benefit from the strength of two of Asia'a best livestock shows, right in the heart of India's rapidly developing livestock markets. With such power VIV/ILDEX India 2012 is anticipated to become the 'must-attend' event for professionals from all around India and its neighbouring territories.
Special themes, special attention
Eggs! – known from VIV Asia 2009 and VIV Europe 2010 – will be introduced at VIV/ILDEX India 2012 to drawn further attention to egg quality. Together with national associations and egg producers, the organisation plans for an attractive series of conferences and workshops.
To position VIV/ILDEX India 2012 as India's feed hub, the special theme of Feedtech-Croptech will be introduced to Bangalore as well. "We consider it our responsibility to deliver knowledge and technology available worldwide on the effective use of commodities to the Indian feed millers," added Mr Wara.
International standing, local service
To ensure buyers and suppliers of premium services within easy reach, the organisation has been structured around three solid pillars. Project management for in the international side of VIV/ILDEX 2012 is with NEO in Bangkok. The Bangkok hub also serves as sales office for exhibitors from South-east Asia. Partner Inter Ads Exhibitions is in charge of India. K.V. Rajeevan, whose credibility stretches beyond each corner of the Indian meat and egg markets, is the point of contact for national exhibitors and visitors. International clients from Europe and the US will be serviced by VNU Exhibitions' Utrecht team in the Netherlands.
