PRRS-negative Pilot Project Seeking Your Input
CANADA - As you may be aware, the Canadian Swine Health Board supported the development of a PRRS-negative herd certification protocol and pilot project starting in 2010. 92 Production units across Canada enrolled in the pilot and were able to obtain some funding to cover testing costs.

At this time, the Canadian Swine Health Board has commissioned a study to help determine whether there is broad interest in continuing this type of program. They are inviting producers across Canada to complete a short 5-minute survey. Everyone is encouraged to provide input, whether you participated in the pilot project or not.
Every person who completes the survey and provides contact information will be entered for a chance to win one of five $100 Future Shop Gift Cards.
The survey and additional information on the project can be located here. The deadline for submissions is 22 February.
