Another Wild Boar Detected with African Swine Fever

RUSSIA - A further case of African Swine Fever (ASF) has been identified in wild boar.

The carcass of a wild boar was found on the territory of the game husbandry Dneprovskiye zory near the village Dubrovo, Kardymovsk in the region of Smolensk.

Laboratory studies confirmed that the wild boar was infected with African swine fever virus. The carcass was incinerated.
