Hog Outlook: Pork Cutout Values Continue Decline
US - Pork cutout values continued their descent from the mid-July record highs, with today's cutout value at $126.98/cwt FOB the plants, down $5.89 from last Friday and $10.89 off of the record level from two weeks ago.
