Thai Pork Plants Approved to Export to Russia
RUSSIA - Following inspections, one slaughterhouse and one meat packing firm in Thailand have been approved to export pork to Russia.

By: Following an inspection of meat processing plants by the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance, Rosselkhoznadzor between 29 September and 10 October, Bangkla pig slaughterhouse and Betagro Safety Meat Packing have been approved to export pig meat to Russia.
A Rosselkhoznadzor’s expert assigned to Thailand will control production and shipment of products intended for the Russian market in order to ensure additional safety guarantees.
