New FMD Outbreaks Reported in South Korean Pigs

SOUTH KOREA - There have been 41 new outbreaks of Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in pigs in South Korea.

The new cases have occurred in the northern half of the country. In total, 26,667 cases were reported and 31,256 animals have been destroyed.

The outbreaks are continuing.
