More Wild Boar Dead from ASF in Latvia

LATVIA - There have been another 39 outbreaks of African Swine Fever (ASF) in Latvia.

There were 48 individual cases of the disease in wild boar affected by the outbreak, and there were 38 deaths. Another 10 animals were destroyed to prevent the disease spreading.

The outbreaks occurred across the eastern half of Latvia, especially in Madonas county and Kocenu county.
