Steam Out of Pig Market in Past Few Weeks

UK - In his "Traffic Lights" commentary for 18 August, Peter Crichton reports that some of the steam has come out of the pig market in the past few weeks with extra pigs around as well as a slightly more fickle demand for some parts of the pig, with loins harder to sell, but prices are still very much in producers’ favour and underlining demand remains firm
