Bryan Payne Joins Boehringer Ingelheim Swine Team
US - Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc., (BIVI) announces that Brian Payne, DVM, has joined the swine division’s professional services team.
Mr Payne has gained valuable experience in the swine health industry, working most recently with the Carthage Veterinary Service and previously with Bethany Swine Health Services in Illinois.
Mr Payne is a 2005 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. He currently serves as director of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians Student Recruitment Committee, assists with the Senior Swine Rotation at the University of Illinois and is enrolled in the Executive Veterinary Program in Swine Health Management also at the University of Illinois.
“Brian has tremendous swine production and health experience in his young career,” says, Tyler Holck, DVM, associate director, BIVI swine professional services. “He will be an excellent addition to our professional services team and a valuable resource to our producer customers.”
Mr Payne, who is also finishing up his graduate work in Veterinary Homeland Security at Purdue University, will continue to reside in DeKalb, Illinois.
