New Manager for Hypor in China

CHINA - Hypor is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. David Wahl to the position of General Manager, China effective 1 April 2009. Mr. Wahl will be responsible for Hypor’s local Representative Office and Joint Ventures as well as business development, project and team management.

Mr. Wahl received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance) from the University of Regina, Canada and in 1996 he began his career in China as a teacher at the South Central University of Technology in Hunan, P.R. China.

During the ensuing years he has obtained extensive experience in the developing Chinese business environment, including pig genetics and production as General Manager with a Seghers Genetics joint venture project.

“David’s knowledge of the Chinese language, business culture and the genetics industry will be most beneficial as we expand our market share in China,” said Raf Beeren, Director, Hypor China. “Under his leadership I foresee us continuing to build on the successes already made in this market.”
