Print This Page Korean Company Launches Antibiotic Alternative
SOUTH KOREA - CJ CheilJedang has developed a new feed additive to replace antibiotics.CJ CheilJedang Corp., South Korea's largest food company, has developed an animal feed additive to replace antibiotics normally fed to chickens and other poultry, the company said.
Yonhap reports the company saying that the safety and effectiveness of the feed additive, called Biotector, has been confirmed by the South Korean and Indian agricultural authorities.
