Changes to Board at Cherkizovo
09 July 2012RUSSIA - Cherkizovo Group, Russia’s leading integrated and diversified pig and poultry processor announces changes to the Board of Directors.
The new Board of Directors was elected at the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 29 June.
The new Board of Directors includes Igor Babaev, Musheg Mamikonian, Evgeny Mikhailov, Sergei Mikhailov, Marcus Rhodes Samuel Lipman and Vitaliy Podolskiy. So, the number of Non-Executive members on the Board of Directors of Cherkizovo Group has increased.
Alexander Kostikov, Head of IR and Communications said: "Increasing the number of Non-Executive Directors on the Board reflects a growing level of corporate governance and transparency at Cherkizovo Group."
