US - A position opportunity has arisen at Genesus as General Manager USA.

Key Accountabilities:

Define and execute strategy and action plans in United States in line with the overall Genesus strategy
Manage and be pro-actively involved in all the sales and marketing activities
Business development and Key Account acquisition
Manages all the production and/or contracted production in case relevant for the area
Prepares and manages the annual budget, forecast, expenses, debtor control, margin and cost control
Be prepared to travel

Requirement:

Your profile

Experience in swine related fields.

Skills

You have effective leadership and people management skills, business management skills, analytical and conceptual thinking skills, strong commercial skills and you are result oriented.
