Introduction
New information has recently been published by Defra and other agriculture departments and, given the speed with which the pig sector is changing, its is clearly of vital importance that we have a good understanding of the latest position. In addition, data is now available from the ZAP scheme that enables an analysis of multiple ownership to be made.
