NPPC continues its work to enhance and defend opportunities for America's pork producers to compete at home and abroad.

NPPC represents America's pork producers in Washington, D.C., working to increase U.S. pork exports, protect producers against costly and burdensome environmental regulations and defend responsible animal health and welfare practices.

Further questions regarding the court ruling should be directed to the National Pork Board, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and U.S. Department of Justice.
