Opponents of Manitoba hog farm claim partial victory
CANADA - Canadian and American opponents of a proposed 6,000-head hog farm a half-mile north of the U.S.-Canada border claimed victory this week after Elite Swine Inc. withdrew its application for the feeding operation at a public hearing in Morden, Manitoba.
