MINNEAPOLIS - There are many urban critics of animal agriculture, says the director of the U of M Swine Center. Animal agriculture has to prove to the general public that it is doing things right, said John Deen, a University of Minnesota associate professor in the clinical and population sciences department, and director of the Swine Center.
