Sausages Get Higher Profile
NORTHERN IRELAND - The Ulster Pork and Bacon Forum has launched the third year of National Sausage Week (October 23-31). This will coincide with National Sausage Day and will be launched by forum chefs on Saturday, October 23. The National Sausage Competition is held on Wednesday, October 27.
