Expansion plans for sausages business
UK - Continental-style pork delicacies such as chorizo sausage are now being made in the shadow of the Cheviot Hills using traditional British breeds of pigs. Piperfield Pork Ltd, which is based near Berwick, is expanding its range of sausage, bacon and ham products to include air dried continental-style sausages and meat.
