The new equiment simplifies the search for leakages in liquid feeding systems.

The Big Dutchman innovation LeakSeek was awarded three stars, the highest possible prize, in the category "feed preparation, feeding and watering for pig houses".

"LeakSeek is equipped with an automatic leakage sensor that registers any leakages in the valves of liquid feeding systems," said Hugo Holm, General Manager of Big Dutchman Scandinavia.

Big Dutchman's Leak Seek
LeakSeek registers any abnormal air consumption and forwards this information to the feeding system control.

Since every valve of a liquid feeding system has a different number, a defective valve can easily be identified. LeakSeek greatly reduces the often time-consuming search for leakages to an absolute minimum.

The innovation was developed by the R&D-team of Big Dutchman Scandinavia.

Also awarded as innovations were a new filter unit for hammer mills, DustBuster, as well as a control unit for dry feeding systems named TF-500. Both were also developed at the Scandinavian Big Dutchman subsidiary.

All innovations by the company Big Dutchman are on display at stand no. J3-7706, hall J3.
