Next Member State Will Make Small Contribution to EU
CROATIA - Croatia is a candidate country of the EU, scheduled to enter the Union in July 2013. The country is close to self-sufficiency for most livestock products. Its share of the maize and soybean crop is three and 12 per cent, respectively.
